How it Works
Once you register, you will receive an email with a downloadable Submittal Form and instructions on how to cut your hair and where to send the sample. In the same email you will also receive links to our health questionnaire and consent forms.
When you send in your hair sample, expect it to take between 10 days and two weeks to receive your results.
As soon as we receive the completed forms and your hair test results, we will send you a link to schedule your consultation.
Your three (3) months of email support will begin after your consultation.
