How it Works

  1. Shortly after your purchase, you will receive an email with additional instructions, along with our health questionnaire and consent forms (Please check your spam box if you do not see this). Your DUTCH Complete Lab kit should arrive in the mail within 7-8 business days. Follow the simple directions on how to take the samples. Samples are collected on 4-5 test strips and need to be dried 24 hours prior to sending them to the lab in the pre-paid envelope. Expect it to take 2-3 weeks for the lab to process the samples and generate results.

    The kit includes:

    • 5 filter paper collection strips with resealable plastic bag

    • Requisition form

    • Sealable pre-paid UPS return envelope (This applies to US and Canada clients only. International clients are required to pay for shipping).
